One of a series of heavily processed sounds of me ripping various objects off a sticky surface. I ran the original recordings through s-layer, the sample-mangling plugin from twisted tools, combining and mulching everything into new, dynamic sounds with lots of movement and texture.

Recorded with zoom h2 at 96 khz / 24-bit. Edited and converted to flac using audacity, otherwise unprocessed. Midway through recording i have lowered my gain setting from hi to mid to avoid clipping. Some background noise (fridge) is left in for noise removal. I prefer to get raw audio from freesound i can process myself - gives me maximum options, that's why i deliver the same. Ripping open a bag of popcorn by hand. Recorded with a blue yeti microphone.

This is my attempt to emulate the sound of the harmony 64 chimes that can be heard on some ice cream trucks. I used a single note from a low-quality recording from a demo of the chimes for the base synth then cleaned up the audio using audacity and set the starting pitch to "c". (in particular, i used the first note of the "can-can" chime from http://www. Microminiatures. Com/tunes. Html). I then composed a short variation of a well-known song (bicycle built for two in this case). This loop can be used in games or other projects as long as you put a link to this sound's page in the game description. I hope you enjoy and any feedback is welcome!.

Intense sea waves, caused by a ship from far away approaching. The bassy sound belongs to that big ship. Water collides with the shingles creating a unique and impressive sound effect. Recorded with zoomh6 & xy capsule.

Recording of swimming. Since the sony ic recorder only records in mono, i layered 3 separate splashes sounds(1 left, 1 right, 1 center) to achieve a fake stereo sound. Processed in fl studio's edision.
